Information collected

The consultation form collects your name, business name, phone number, email address, description of your business, current professional relationships, requested services, additional comments, and SMS consent choices. The form also records the consent wording version. Please do not submit tax documents, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers.

How information is used

Etna CPAs uses consultation information to respond to your request, understand your needs, and communicate about potential services. Service-related text messages require the service-text consent requested on this form. Marketing text messages require a separate, optional consent. Submitting this form does not itself enroll you in an automated messaging service.

Service providers and sharing

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. Submission notifications are sent to zakharneva@etna.cpa through Netlify and email providers. These providers process information to deliver those services. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from third-party image hosts; those requests expose technical information such as your IP address to those providers.

Etna CPAs does not sell consultation information or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide services, and information may be disclosed when required by law.

Your choices

Marketing SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive services. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to withdraw consent or request access, correction, or deletion of your consultation information, subject to applicable legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. We do not promise that every request can be granted.

Retention and security

Consultation information should be kept only as needed to respond to requests, provide services, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Use a secure channel arranged with Etna CPAs to share confidential tax and financial documents.
